Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your clothing item, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• You must notify us by sending an email to VeltreLondon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Clothing that has been worn or washed.

• Customised or personalised garments.

• Underwear, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items:
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. After inspection, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method.
